Thanks to everyone who came to the very first Ladies of Letterpress Conference, and a special thanks to all of our presenters, sponsors, and volunteers who helped to make it happen! It was a festive weekend full of letterpress shop talk, demonstrations, seeing old friends, and meeting new ones. Take a look at some reviews and photos from attendees:

Please note that the Trade and Printers’ Fair will stay open until 3:30pm on Sunday, rather than the originally planned 3pm. We just wanted to give everyone a little more time to shop before packing up and heading home!

We are just one week away from the conference, and all the loose ends are getting tied up! Asheville is experiencing the same heat wave as most of the country, but hopefully it’ll give us a bit of relief by next week. This website has been updated with the most recent information, but there may be just a few slight changes in the coming week. Have no fear! You will get all of the information you need, once you arrive and register, in a fancy swag-pack. Here’s a little sneak peak of one of the conference treats:
Wow, we’re expecting a good crowd for the conference next weekend, and I’ve been notified by the hotel that all available rooms at the conference rate are now booked.
The final schedule has been posted! It looks like three exciting days immersed in the world of letterpress – who would want to miss that?
Also, because the final schedule has just now been posted, we’ve decided to extend the early-bird rate by a few days, until this Friday, July 15. So get to it, not-so-early-birds! We’re looking forward to seeing you in Asheville in just a few weeks!
Early bird registration–a bargain at $175–expires on July 12th! If you’re considering coming to the first-ever Ladies of Letterpress Conference, and want to save some cash, head on over to the registration page and sign up. Conference hotel rooms are almost gone, too!
Hey, if you’re coming to the conference and want to show off your goods, why not sign up for a table at the Printer’s Fair? It’ll be a great way to display what’s hot off your press, and don’t worry – volunteers will be on hand to take care of your stuff while you’re gallivanting off to the rest of the conference. A table is a steal at only $45!
We’re so excited that we ran out of rooms at the Renaissance Asheville! But we want you all to be able to enjoy the conference rate, so we’ve added a few more, as well as some on Thursday night for those traveling in to town then. Book now while they last!
